Consultation Report & Appendices
The Draft Sutton Neighbourhood Plan was updated to take account of the comments received following the (Regulation 14) consultation which ran from Monday 24th August 2020 until Monday 19th October 2020.
The updated, submission version (v3.0), was approved by Sutton Parish Council and then formally submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council on Monday 11th January 2021.
Central Bedfordshire Council then carried out a (Regulation 16) consultation on the submitted plan which ran from Thursday 14th January 2021 until Thursday 25th February 2021. The comments received as part of this consultation were then passed to the Independent Examiner.
An independent examination (Regulation 17) was carried out by David Kaiserman BA DipTP MRTPI. The Examiner's Report can be found here.
